Sending an inquiry, completing a form, exchanging messages or discussing a possible project does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. A project begins only when the parties accept the applicable proposal, agreement, statement of work or other written confirmation.

Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revisions, deadlines, approvals, expenses, cancellation terms and content-usage rights will be set out separately for each engagement. If those project terms conflict with these website Terms, the project terms will govern the engagement.

5. Portfolio and Examples

Portfolio work is shown to demonstrate creative approach, production style and experience. Examples do not promise that every project will have the same look, performance or commercial result.

Where content is identified as self-initiated, it was not sponsored, commissioned or approved by the featured brand unless expressly stated otherwise. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
